ITC debates the transport impacts of devolution to our cities

On 17th February the ITC hosted the latest in its Discussion Evening series with an event exploring the transport implications of greater devolution to our cities and city-regions. The eventing was chaired by ITC Chairman Simon Linnett, with an expert panel including Professor Tony Travers, Cllr Sian Reid and Cllr Andrew Fender.
