ITC welcomes Sir Philip Rutnam KCB as our new Patron

The ITC is delighted to welcome aboard Sir Philip Rutnam KCB as a new Patron of the charity. Sir Philip had a highly distinguished career in the UK Civil Service, including as Permanent Secretary at the Department for Transport between 2012 and 2017, and brings a wealth of experience in Government and transport policy making.
