ITC Debates Charging Mechanisms And The Utilities
On 1st May the ITC hosted a Discussion Evening to investigate what transport might learn from charging mechanisms in the utilities. An expert audience attended and listened to speeches from Alistair Buchanan CBE (Ofgem), Stuart Siddall (Thames Water) and Ramsay Dunning (Co-operative Energy).
